Join us to come closer: opening, hidden stories and carillonneur

Thursday, August 13th | 20:00 to 21:30 pm

We read in Come Closer with sounding stories and special sounds. We engage in conversation with Jacqueline Grandjean, director of the Old Church, the relationship between church and art and the work of Taturo Atzu. The Garden Which is the Nearest to God. During the evening you can go on quest and tell Hans de Zwart (director of Bits of Freedom), philosopher and architect Patrick Healy Malkit Shoshan about invisible stories that unfold around the church.

City carilloneur Gideon Bodden plays live on the bells of the old church and talks about the musical. The carillon of the Old Church – from 1658 – according to experts is one of the finest in the world.

Come Closer is a series of public meetings on the roof of the Old Church. From August 13 t / m September 5, every Thursday, Friday and Saturday on the roof of the Old Church.
